A WhatsApp AI assistant that speaks like your Lebanese customers

Your customers write in Lebanese Arabic, Arabizi, English and French, often in one message, and often late at night from abroad. We set up an AI assistant on the official WhatsApp Business API that understands all of it, answers, books and hands over to your team.

In short

Point One Marketing builds WhatsApp AI assistants for businesses in Lebanon, from Beirut to the rest of the country, and for Lebanese brands that sell to the diaspora in the Gulf, Europe, Africa and the Americas. The assistant replies in the customer's own mix of languages, captures every lead in your CRM and passes the chat to a person whenever it should.

Built for how Lebanon writes

Lebanese Arabic and Arabizi.

It reads "kifak, fi table la 4 lyom?" as easily as formal Arabic and replies in the same style.

English and French too.

Code switching inside one message is normal here, so the assistant follows it instead of breaking.

Diaspora hours.

Customers in Dubai, Paris, Lagos or Montreal message while your team sleeps. Each one still gets an answer in seconds.

Bookings and orders.

Tables, appointments, deliveries and enquiries are collected with name, date and number, then confirmed or sent to your team.

Leads in your CRM.

Every conversation lands in Zoho, HubSpot or a Google Sheet, tagged by intent and source.

A person when it matters.

Complaints, large orders and anything new go to your team with an alert, inside the same chat.

Who it is for

Restaurants and cafés, clinics and beauty, real estate, retail and online stores, hotels and guesthouses, schools and training centres, and any Lebanese business that gets more WhatsApp messages than its team can answer.

How we set it up

01

Read your real chats.

We collect the questions customers already send, in the words they actually use.

02

Connect the official API.

Your number moves to the WhatsApp Business API in your own Meta Business Portfolio.

03

Teach and connect.

We write the answers with you, connect your CRM and set the handover rules.

04

Launch and review.

We test with your team, go live, then review real conversations every month.

How pricing works

One setup fee and a monthly fee for the platform, hosting, updates and support. Meta bills its own conversation fees in your account. You get an itemised quote after a short call.

Questions,
answered

Does WhatsApp Business API work in Lebanon?+

Yes. Lebanese numbers can use the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and we set it up in your own Meta Business Portfolio so the number stays yours.

Can it really understand Arabizi?+

Yes. It understands Lebanese Arabic written in Latin letters and numbers, replies in the style the customer uses, and switches to English or French when they do.

What about customers abroad?+

They get the same instant reply at any hour. Diaspora customers often message outside Lebanese working hours, so this is where an assistant helps most.

Do you work with businesses outside Beirut?+

Yes. Everything runs online, so we work with businesses anywhere in Lebanon, and we are based in Dubai.

What happens when the assistant does not know the answer?+

It says a team member will follow up, alerts your team and stops replying in that chat until your team is done.

Which CRM can it connect to?+

The one you already use, as long as it can be integrated, for example Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo or Pipedrive. No CRM yet? We start with a Google Sheet.
