How pricing works
One setup, then a monthly fee.
Setup covers connecting WhatsApp and Instagram, writing the knowledge base from the questions you already answer every day, building the flows and testing them with your team. The monthly fee covers the platform, hosting, updates and support.
What moves the price.
The number of channels, how many conversations you get a month, which CRM and calendar we connect, and how much custom logic you need: lead qualification, bookings, order lookups, follow-up sequences.
Meta's own fees are separate.
WhatsApp Business API messages are billed by Meta per message and by category, in your own account. Since 1 October 2026, replies after the first 1,000 free service messages per number each month are charged too. We set the flows up to keep these costs low.

Setup is AED 35,000, paid once. After that, monthly plans start from AED 2,500. A clinic with bookings and a store with order questions need different builds, so after a short call you get a written, itemised quote and can compare it line by line.

How much does an AI employee cost?+

The monthly fee depends on channels, conversation volume and integrations. We send an itemised quote after a short call; setup is usually faster than expected because the knowledge base comes from questions you already answer.

When the assistant is unsure, when a customer asks for a person, or when a conversation matches a rule you set, such as a complaint or a high-value lead, it passes the chat to your team with a short summary, inside the same WhatsApp or Instagram thread, and tells the customer someone is joining.
