Who we are

Point One is the trading name of NQTTA WAHDA FOR MARKETING SERVICES CO. L.L.C, a marketing agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide social media management, AI employees for WhatsApp and Instagram, SEO and GEO, and websites for brands in the UAE and Lebanon.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pointone.marketing or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also explains how we handle data when we run messaging automation on behalf of our clients.

Information you give us

When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, business name and your message. We use this only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the service.

Information collected automatically

• Website analytics. Our website uses the privacy-friendly analytics built into our hosting platform. It counts page views and referrers in aggregate and does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
• Fonts and images. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash. Your browser sends your IP address to those providers to load the files, as it does for any website.
• No advertising cookies. We do not run advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and talk about your project.
• To deliver the services you have agreed with us and to send invoices.
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations in the UAE.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Messaging automation for our clients

When a client hires Point One to run WhatsApp or Instagram automation, the conversations belong to that client. We act on the client's instructions as a service provider. Messages are processed through Meta's official WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging platforms and, where the client uses one, their CRM. We set up, monitor and improve the automation; we do not use those conversations for any purpose other than the client's service, and we delete our access when the engagement ends.

If you have messaged one of our clients and want to access or delete your data, please contact that business directly. We will help them respond.

Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us run the business: our website host, email provider, scheduling tool (Calendly) and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Meta). They process data only on our instructions.
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

Where your data is stored and for how long

Our providers may store data on servers outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@pointone.marketing and we will respond within 30 days. These rights follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the GDPR.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
