Point One was founded in Dubai in 2025 by Nadia Julay, after years of working with brands in Iran and remotely with clients in Canada, Italy and other markets. The agency was built around one idea: fix the things that go wrong at most agencies, slow replies, vague reporting and work that drifts from the brief, so that once you hand something to Point One, you stop worrying about it.

Meet the founder
Nadia started in marketing in 2018, working with brands across very different industries in Iran, from early-stage businesses to established names. From 2022 she added business consulting, helping owners fix positioning, offers and the way their teams handled customers. Along the way she worked remotely with clients in Canada, Italy and other markets, which taught her how to run a brand well when the client is in a different time zone and cannot look over your shoulder.
In 2025 she moved that experience to Dubai and founded Point One. The model is simple: she oversees strategy and quality on every account, joins the planning and the first shoot days, and stays reachable. The team plans the calendar, films and edits, publishes on schedule, answers messages and builds the AI employees that keep replies instant around the clock.
Point One is a small business on purpose. Clients talk to the people who do the work, decisions take hours rather than weeks, and nothing is passed to a department that has never met the brand.
